Air Conditioning and Heating
To control your in-room climate just set the thermostat (which is located on the wall near the beds) to a comfortable temperature.

Complimentary expanded hot continental breakfast is available daily in the hospitality breakfast area located adjacent to the lobby.

This is your office away from the office, open 24 hours a day. All of our business center’s services are complimentary, and include faxes, copies, speakerphones, computer printer connections, high-speed Internet access and more.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please contact the front desk if you need to stay past the designated check-out time to avoid extra charges.
Dry Cleaning and Guest Laundry
For service information, see the garment ticket located in your closet or check with the front desk. Place your garments in the bag provided, identify the type and number of items on the garment ticket and leave the bag with the ticket at the front desk.
Emergency
Dial 911 or dial “0” to contact the hotel operator if you need medical assistance or in case of an accident.
Fitness Room & Indoor Pool
Whether it’s to decompress or to re-energize, our fully stocked fitness room features all the equipment you need to stay on top of your game, including a relaxing Indoor Pool, both available at no extra cost. The fitness room (located on the 2nd floor) is open 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM and can be accessed with your room key. The Indoor Pool is located on the First Floor and is open 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Housekeeping
Should you need extra toiletries, towels, blankets or a baby crib, simply dial “0”.
Meeting Facilities
Make business technology work for you. Our fully equipped meeting room and boardroom are comfortable, flexible and feature high-speed Internet access, giving your presentation that extra edge.
Safety and Security Precautions
· Safe deposit boxes are available in the closet of your guestroom. Under state law, the hotel is not responsible for loss of articles unless they have been properly secured in these boxes. There is a safe deposit box in your room as well.
· Be sure to always secure your dead bolt and door guard.
· Use the peephole and fully identify all visitors. If you doubt anyone’s identity, please contact the front desk immediately and ask if someone from the staff is supposed to have access to your room and for what purpose.
· Do not needlessly display guest room key cards in public or carelessly leave them on restaurant tables or other places where they can be easily stolen.
· Ensure that all windows and connecting doors are locked.
· Ensure that you have removed all valuables from your vehicle and locked your car.
· Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry.
· Do not invite strangers to your room.
· Note the location of emergency fire exits displayed on the inside of your guest room door. Dial “0” to report fire or smoke. Use the stairs instead of the elevator during a fire emergency.
· If you return to the hotel late at night be sure to use the main entrance. Always pay attention and check out parking lots before entering them.
· If you see any suspicious activity, please report your observation to the Wingate by Wyndham staff.

The vending areas are located on each floor at the elevators. The Sundry / Gift Shop is located in the Lobby. Additional ice and soda machines are located on each floor. Newspapers, snacks and sundries are available. Newspapers are also available in the hospitality breakfast area
